# Diagnostics of tracer flux for MICOM

* Diagnostics of trace flux including total flux, flux due to lateral diffusion and thickness diffusion have been implemented. 

* The trace flux can be switched on/off in micom.buildnml.csh, and I tested format 4 and 2 produce identical results.

* Write and read tracer flux restart files is supported.

* Tracer flux has the same unit as mass flux (kg.s-1), as of the tracer is non-dimensional.
